Contact us directly by phone, text, or email — no matter where you found us. Tell us about your event: the date, venue, and what you have in mind. We’ll respond quickly with honest advice and a clear quote.

Step 2: Lock In the Plan

We’ll do a quick back-and-forth to finalize the details: the exact content and artwork for your letters or shimmer wall, the setup location, whether it’s indoor or outdoor, and the timing for delivery and installation.

Step 3: Written Confirmation

You’ll receive written confirmation — a receipt, confirmation, or contract — so everything is clear and agreed upon before the event. No surprises.

Step 4: We Handle the Rest

Our team arrives on schedule and installs everything per the confirmed plan — safely and securely. After the event, we handle the teardown and removal. You focus on your guests; we handle the decor. We kindly ask clients to avoid scheduling teardowns late at night where possible.

Is delivery and installation included in your pricing?

Professional setup and teardown are always included. Delivery is quoted separately based on your venue location — typically starting around $150 within Toronto. Share your event details and we’ll confirm everything in your quote.

Can I come see your products in person?

Most of our work happens on-site at event venues, so we don’t hold regular walk-in hours. Get in touch in advance and we’ll arrange a time that works — at your venue or ours.

Do I need to pay a deposit for self pickup?

Yes. Self-pickup orders require a refundable security deposit, which varies by item. It’s returned in full once everything comes back in good condition.

How do you count a rental day?

We keep it flexible: if your dates don’t overlap with another booking, we count a single rental day and schedule drop-off and pickup around whatever times suit you best.

Do you require a booking deposit?

Yes — typically around 20% of the contract total to secure your date.
