Delivery
Toronto delivery from approximately $150, depending on location. We serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Flower walls and arches: the $199 rate includes delivery within 20 km of Oakville. For venues farther out, we’ll quote a delivery fee based on your location.

Is delivery and installation included in your pricing?
Professional setup and teardown are always included. Delivery is quoted separately based on your venue location — typically starting around $150 within Toronto. Share your event details and we’ll confirm everything in your quote.
Can I come see your products in person?
Most of our work happens on-site at event venues, so we don’t hold regular walk-in hours. Get in touch in advance and we’ll arrange a time that works — at your venue or ours.
Do I need to pay a deposit for self pickup?
Yes. Self-pickup orders require a refundable security deposit, which varies by item. It’s returned in full once everything comes back in good condition.
How do you count a rental day?
We keep it flexible: if your dates don’t overlap with another booking, we count a single rental day and schedule drop-off and pickup around whatever times suit you best.
Do you require a booking deposit?
Yes — typically around 20% of the contract total to secure your date.
